One of my favourite project cleans!
Around six months ago, we completed the final clean on this stunning trio — the laundry, bathroom and butler’s pantry — and it’s still one of my favourite transformations.
The laundry and butler’s pantry feature beautiful black cabinetry with slimline handles, long seamless timber benchtops, endless workspace and incredibly well-planned storage.
To keep the spaces light and inviting, the upper cabinetry was finished in an elegant off-white, complemented by an eye-catching light green tiled splashback with subtle contrasting tones that tie the entire project together.
The large multi-toned grey floor tiles are not only stylish but practical, making them perfect for these wet areas with their easy-to-clean and non-slip finish.
The bathroom continues the sophisticated grey and white palette, with large grey floor tiles and a stunning floor-to-ceiling feature wall. Crisp white wall tiles keep the space fresh, while the full-length shower ledge is a thoughtful and practical design feature.
The fluted vanity, beautiful basin and large round LED mirror create a gorgeous visual focal point, while polished stainless steel hardware adds the perfect finishing touch throughout.
But my standout feature has to be the bathroom ceiling!
A black-painted ceiling paired with a black heat lamp and exhaust fan — what a WOW factor! It completely elevates the space and adds such a bold, sophisticated finish.
A huge congratulations to Distinctive Builds Co. and Cabian Electrical on such an incredible project. The attention to detail, workmanship and thoughtful design throughout this build is truly impressive.
It was an absolute pleasure for us to be involved in the final stages and bring these beautiful spaces to their finished shine.
Six months on, and I still love looking back at this transformation.
Another exceptional project. Another beautiful space brought to life.
